Ron Hodnett is the driving force and holds the vision behind Trans Solutions Dedicated. Investing 29 years in the transportation industry, in the spring 2001, Hodnett embarked on creating a dedicated transportation service that focused on the pursuit of transportation excellence. Hodnett envisioned a company based on simple life principles of integrity, excellence, and community. Using these as the foundation for transforming the transportation industry, Trans Solutions Dedicated was conceived.
His beginnings were humble as Hodnett started his career as a package driver for a leading delivery service. Adding innovation, perseverance and dedication along the way, he then accrued 18 years of successful management with a national leader in the logistics and transportation industry. Hodnett decided it was time to add his influence the industry and founded Trans Solutions Dedicated. Today, those simple principles that guided his individual success are teamed with a vision of change. The organization's success and growth is a direct reflection of his character and guidance.

Richard Siri
Richard Siri has over ten years of experience in the Transport and Logistics industry. Siri's expertise is anchored in planning, scheduling and management of shipments and drivers with both precision and efficiency. He brings a proven track record of refining operating systems, continuous quality improvement, and attention to safety, Richard also brings a lot of energy to the operations department.
With up-do-date knowledge of Department of Transportation requirements, Siri communicates with drivers effectively to build and maintain relationships essential to producing safe, efficient and productive environments. He strives to enhance the customer experience through building strong relationships. Focusing on staff and driver development, Siri manages the dynamics of work place change by combining technology and the personal approach.

Rodney O'Kelly
As the line haul coordinator at Trans Solutions Dedicated, Rodney O'Kelly has been part of our fast-growing team since April 2015. He is a qualified trainer and liaison for our drivers with over 15 years experience in the industry. From 2001 to 2015, O'Kelley drove routes across the United States with Atlas Relocation, so he's quite familiar with the various routes our drivers see every day. During his time on the road, O'Kelly received multiple awards for safe driving and tries to impart those skills to our current drivers through daily interaction. He brings great customer driven focus with high standards of performance.

Raymond Pinkston
Raymond M. Pinkston has 15 years experience in logistics and distribution covering most of the mid-Atlantic and east coast from Connecticut to Florida. He is driven by the combination of education, energy and experience. His strength in operations and accounting work together to support the growth of Trans Solutions Dedicated, which he joined in 2015.
Raymond also holds a Masters Degree in Accounting specializing in Tax and Audit Services. He worked for a local CPA firm for 3 years in the Charlotte area specializing in construction and logistics companies with substantial investment in fixed assets.
